{"id":7980,"date":"2022-10-17T16:59:44","date_gmt":"2022-10-17T14:59:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/vidimiramare.cmsone.info\/localita\/vicenza\/"},"modified":"2022-11-15T10:48:24","modified_gmt":"2022-11-15T09:48:24","slug":"vicenza","status":"publish","type":"localita","link":"https:\/\/www.vidimiramare.com\/hu\/helysegek\/vicenza\/","title":{"rendered":"Vicenza"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vicenza has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1994, with its majestic architecture signed by only one name:&nbsp;<strong>Andrea Palladio<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">What to see in Vicenza and surroundings:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Thanks to Palladio, the architectural genius who has left the clearest sign of his art in Vicenza, we can admire the Renaissance buildings of incomparable elegance today: the Basilica&nbsp;<strong>Palladiana&nbsp;<\/strong>with a breath-taking view from the top floor, and the beautiful&nbsp;<strong>Loggia of the Capitan<\/strong>, both located in the central Piazza dei Signori. As well as some other works of the same great architect: the&nbsp;<strong>Palazzo Chiericati<\/strong>, now the Civic Museum and Art Gallery of the city, the&nbsp;<strong>Palazzo Barbaran da Porto&nbsp;<\/strong>where is located the Palladian Museum, and the renowned&nbsp;<strong>Olympic Theatre<\/strong>, which was finished by Scamozzi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At the gates of this \u201ccity of Palladio\u201d, there is the magnificent&nbsp;<strong>Villa Almerico-Capra Valmarana<\/strong>, also known as&nbsp;<strong>La Rotonda<\/strong>, famous for its particular development of the central plan that fits harmoniously into the natural setting of the&nbsp;<strong>Berici Hills<\/strong>. While the&nbsp;<strong>Basilica of St. Mary of Mount Berico<\/strong>&nbsp;is not far from the city centre, located on the top of a hill that dominates the city.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It is the home of many precious artworks such as the painting of the Dinner of S.
