White, red or sparkling, even in the wines you can breathe the philosophy of our Hotel: balance, elegance, concreteness. In the palette of colours that paint the experience, the wine must also play an important role.
A role that, however, must be combined harmoniously with the culinary proposal.
From the classic bubbles, where the great prosecco of the territory reigns such as the most sought-after Franciacorta, and even small jewels of the finest champagnes. We also offer vegan wines, intact and pure products of the highest quality.
The proposal of white wines then gives us a tour in Italy in search of the most particular flavours. From Veneto to Collio to Sicily, famous labels and niche producers united by the elegance of quality products specially selected to enhance the character of our dishes.
As for red wines: the freshness of a young red wine to accompany alternatively a fish dish. Rather than the power of an Amarone, a Barolo or a Brunello will give character to a meat dish.
To you the choice! In our wine list we wanted to propose the big labels together with some emerging and less known producers but equally able to offer superb wines.
Even with red wines we want to continue the journey in search of new balances and flavours.
